Kai Bergmann
Prof. Kai Bergmann
After his studies at HfG Offenbach and Goethe University Frankfurt Kai Bergmann worked as a freelance art director and designer at various design agencies and film productions.
From 2003 — 2010 he taught communication design and typography at HfG Offenbach, Hochschule Darmstadt and Camberwell School of Arts.
Together with Boris Banozic (architecture) and Sebastian Seitz (product design) he co-founded dreizueins® architecturedesigngraphic in 2005.
In 2008 he established Bergmann Studios. A place for interdisciplinary projects and experiments in the field of visual communication and design.
Since 2009 he joined www.fourfiveX.net – an initiative for independent thoughts, products, design and art.
His works won several design awards, were published in a wide range of international magazines and books and got integrated into the permanent poster collection of the Museum of Design, Zürich.
He works as a professor for Interdisciplinary Communication at Hochschule Augsburg.
