AF offers students with an interest in modern art the opportunity to be involved in the inner workings of Hessen’s largest art center as part of an unpaid internship in a lively and creative work environment.
The intern will support the small AF-Team and will be invited to participate in a variety of fields of work. Interns are encouraged to aid in the organization of exhibition projects, events, and studio administration. They also work alongside the AF-Team as an intermediary, communicator, and advisor for numerous artists, creative professionals, and art enthusiasts. Usually, an intern receives a project to independently supervise and complete during his/her internship.

Duration: six to eight weeks, five days a week – Part-Time internships are possible by arrangement
Position with emphasis on: Support and contact-person for artists and visitors, event- and exhibition organization, project assistance, etc.
Requirements: Four completed semesters in art history or humanities or cultural, proficient English skills, and competence in PC programs such as Microsoft Office
